Processing will take 1-2 business days. Business days do not include holidays. After your order has processed your item will ship. Shipping includes an additional 3-5 days.

Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly replace any item that arrives to you damaged or broken. Let us know within 72 hours of receiving your product and the same product you purchased will be on it's way! Please contact our customer support team via email for additional assistance. Also must include photos of damaged items.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, returns/exchanges for any other reasons. MelBeauty reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
